This 4-week yoga class series is tailored specifically for individuals living with arthritis and chronic pain. The initiative will take place at CURAVITA’s Glebe Clinic from October 16 to November 6, 2024. This partnership represents a proactive and holistic approach to pain management, combining the expertise of a leading health group with the specialized knowledge of a certified YFA instructor. YFA is based on long-standing, peer-reviewed studies which support people with both Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. The YFA can help reduce joint pain and stiffness, improve joint flexibility and function and range of motion, Regular practice can increase muscle strength and and physical energy and endurance as well as promote balance and improved respiratory endurance.
