Look up and be thankful for the sky above you,
For space to grow and dreams to reach.
Look down and be thankful for the earth beneath you,
For the ground that supports and steadies you.
Look behind and be thankful for the people and experiences that have brought you here.
Look ahead and be hopeful for what has yet to come,
For the possibilities waiting on your path.
Look within and be grateful for your own heart,
For the breath that keeps you alive and the spirit that keeps you moving forward.
